This registration is for 2025 Girls and Boys SAY soccer and PeeWee soccer. 
There are NO tryouts. Teams are grouped by birth year (not grade).
Practices/Games start in September for the following age groups:
PeeWee: 2020, 2021, and 1/1/2022 through 5/30/2022 (players must be 3 years old by June 1st)
Pre-Passers: 2020/2019* See note below

Practices/Games start in August for the following age groups:
Passers: 2018/2017
Wings: 2016/2015
Strikers: 2014/2013

*2020 birth year players: ONLY REGISTER for Pre-Passers if your child has already played PeeWee and is ready to move to the next level. This means your child is attending Kindergarten, not preschool in the fall of 2025. This level plays on a 7v7 field with Goal Keepers but no score is kept. 

7th/8th Graders: Once kids are in 7th/8th grade they can play for the Taylor Middle School team. Contact Taylor Athletic Director, Zach Stakely to inquire about the tryout process, zstakely@trlsd.org for more information.

Playing Up: Requests to "play up" are not guaranteed, they are managed on a case-by-case basis. If you want to play your child up a level please email us at soccer@thetrcaa.org with the following information: Child name, birth year, and the reason to play up.

Season Dates: For Passers through Strikers the Season starts in early August. Games start mid to late August. Practice days/times are selected by each Head Coach and communicated to parents in mid to late July. Pre-Passers and Peewee do not start until September.

Passers through Strikers have an end-of-season "District" tournament in late October, some teams may advance to the "State" tournament in early November.
